Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply when you use munero.co.uk or any application provided by Munero Limited ("Munero", "we", "us"), including applications that connect to your LinkedIn account (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation. Where a particular product publishes its own terms, those terms add to these and take priority if they conflict.

1. Who we are

Munero Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15769236), at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
  • The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone has used it without permission.

3. Connecting LinkedIn and other services

Some Services let you connect a third-party account, such as LinkedIn, so the application can act on your instructions — for example publishing posts, replying to comments or reporting on LinkedIn Pages you manage. When you do:

  • you must have the right to manage every LinkedIn Page or profile you connect;
  • you remain bound by the LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn's policies, and you are responsible for the content published through your account;
  • the application acts only on your instructions, and you can disconnect it at any time;
  • features that depend on LinkedIn may change or stop if LinkedIn changes or withdraws its API. We are not responsible for LinkedIn's services and are not endorsed by LinkedIn.

How we handle data from connected services is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, misleading or that contains malware;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or scrape or harvest data about other people;
  • break the terms of a connected service such as LinkedIn, or use the Services to get round its limits;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Services or other accounts, or disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows it.

5. Your content

You own the content you create or upload. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the Services to you — for example, sending a post to LinkedIn when you ask us to. You confirm you have the rights needed to share that content.

6. Our intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design and branding, belong to Munero or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them under these terms. You may not copy, resell or build a competing product from them.

7. Fees

Some Services may be free and some may be paid. Where a Service is paid, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and working well, but we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any amount paid for the period you can no longer use.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we need to for legal reasons, or to protect the Services or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why. When an account closes we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, you also keep your legal rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that:

  • we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or, if you use the Services for business, for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data;
  • we are not liable for the acts, omissions or availability of third-party services such as LinkedIn, or for content you publish through them;
  • our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in that period and £100.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Services change. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell users of the affected Service before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and close your account.

12. General

  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to another organisation if it does not reduce your rights.
  • No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first if you have a problem — most things can be put right quickly.
